Opened Up Track Home to Utilize the View

Project Summary

AMD worked along side the architect and contractor to remodel this track home to reorient spaces, turning several small rooms into larger family spaces, all focus on the view. The new design allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living, starting with the entry courtyard which features a jacuzzi that doubles as a fountain, to the back garden featuring views of Catalina, to the Hollywood sign. Interiors were inspired by the client’s extensive collection of Mexican pottery and art.
